Jamie Miller PT, ATC — Athletic Trainer
Biography
Jamie grew up in Bowie, Maryland. She received her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Early in Jamie's career she worked at George Washington University Hospital and then Georgetown University Hospital, which gave her a strong foundation to treat many diagnoses. Jamie became a Certified Athletic Trainer through an internship track at Georgetown University. She worked closely with the Georgetown sports teams providing athletes with care for their injuries both on the field and in the training room.
Jamie's commitment to patient care can be seen through her attentiveness to patients , thorough evaluations, competent manual skills, treatment interventions, and the development of a home exercise program. Jamie strives to assist the patients with achieving their rehab goals. Jamie has extensive experience treating many diagnoses in the areas of General Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Post Op Rehab, and Spine Rehab.
Jamie enjoys taking long walks for exercise, working out, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
